What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ typically ranges from 100 to 500 units depending on the box style and material. For custom structurally designed corrugated boxes, the MOQ may differ from standard retail folding cartons. Please request a quote for exact details on your specific project.
How long does manufacturing take?
Standard production takes between 10 to 14 business days after you approve your final digital proof. We also offer expedited production options for rush orders at an additional fee.
Can I get a physical sample before ordering in bulk?
Yes! We highly recommend ordering a sample. We offer unprinted structural prototypes to test the fit of your product, as well as fully printed physical proofs so you can verify color and finish before full production.
Do you provide design assistance?
Absolutely. If you don't have an in-house designer, our expert packaging design team can help layout your artwork on the dielines or create a custom structural design tailored to your product.
What materials do you use?
We offer a wide variety of premium and eco-friendly materials, including SBS paperboard, kraft board, rigid setup boxes, corrugated cardboard for shipping, and flexible pouches. All materials can be customized with finishes like matte/gloss lamination, foil stamping, and spot UV.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping costs and transit times vary based on the destination and the volume/weight of your packaging order. You will receive a detailed shipping estimate alongside your custom quote.
What file format should I upload my artwork in?
For the highest quality print, please provide vector-based artwork in .AI, .EPS, or .PDF format with all fonts outlined and colors set to CMYK.
