Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Al Waraqiyat Packaging. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of custom packaging, boxes, and related products. By placing an order or requesting a custom quote, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Custom Orders and Proofs

2.1 Artwork Approval

All custom packaging orders require digital artwork approval. We will provide a digital proof for your review. It is your responsibility to check the proof for accuracy in dimensions, colors, spelling, and layout. Once approved, production begins, and changes cannot be made.

2.2 Color Matching

While we strive for color perfection using CMYK and Pantone matching systems, slight variations may occur due to the nature of printing on different materials (e.g., corrugated vs. kraft cardstock). We do not guarantee 100% color matching across different substrates unless a physical prototype is ordered.

3. Manufacturing and Tolerances

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, we reserve the right to a quantity tolerance of ±5%. You will only be billed for the exact quantity shipped. Minor variations in structural dimensions (up to 1/16th of an inch) are considered acceptable industry standards.

4. Shipping and Returns

4.1 Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times (e.g., 10-14 business days) begin only after final artwork approval and payment clearance. Shipping transit times are in addition to manufacturing times.

4.2 Defective Products

If your custom packaging arrives with structural or printing defects originating from our facility, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the claim and, if verified, offer a reprint or refund for the defective units.

5. Intellectual Property

You warrant that any logos, artwork, or designs submitted for your packaging are legally owned by you or you have the necessary licenses to reproduce them. Al Waraqiyat Packaging assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringements resulting from user-submitted artwork.
